Robert Griffin, aka “Bob” or “Griff”, has been a KBA member for about 13 years and currently lives in Lebo, KS with his wife, Sherry, and daughter, Catherine. They shoot and hunt together as a family, and have thoroughly enjoyed all that archery has done for them. Robert have been bow hunting for 19 years and enjoys sharing the outdoors with all of his family and friends. He has taken whitetail deer and turkey in Kansas, a mule deer in Colorado, and hogs in Texas, and is currently trying to get his wife and daughter to start bow fishing with him. Robert truly enjoys introducing kids to archery, and manages several events in local communities where he sets up targets and let kids shoot the recurve bows he provides. In his opinion, there is nothing like the smile on a child’s face when they hit the target. He hopes that some day they will pick up a bow and remember the fun they had. Robert really enjoys the summer events, when he can get together with friends and visit, and maybe even shoot some rabbits, fish or targets. The summer events are like smaller conventions to him… he gets to visit with KBA members about their summers, and learn of new hunting trips they have planned. It’s also a good time to make new friends with people that attend. If you see him at an event, he sincerely hopes you will take the time to say “hello.”
